By using Wiggles and Whiskers services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Wiggles and Whiskers provides pet grooming services including but not limited to bathing, haircuts, nail trimming, and other grooming treatments. Service availability and pricing are subject to change.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings are subject to availability. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
4. Pet Health and Safety
You must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues your pet may have. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a pet poses a safety risk.
5. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety, Wiggles and Whiskers is not liable for any pre-existing conditions that may be discovered during grooming or any injuries that may occur despite our best efforts.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and EFT payments. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Wiggles and Whiskers and is protected by copyright laws.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
